These clamps can grip any plywood thickness from 5mm to 18mm, and are designed to be low profile so your dust boot can travel over them, and also to catch only a small part of the edge of your plywood so as to avoid having too large of an unusable area around the perimeter.  As an added bonus, if you do hit these with a cutter it won't break the cutter, and you can just print more clamps.  We recommend printing these as solid parts without infill, out of petg or asa.  They are designed for the T slot bolts that are 5/16-18 thread, but will work with 8mm metric or smaller.  The handle has a hex pocket that fits at 5/16-18 hex nut.  You should epoxy the nut in.  But this design can be adapted for anything you need,.  Just contact us for design modifications.  Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your files.
